Did a good job, was pleasant and professional. Only negative comment was he left the trash on the floor for us to throw away.

Tech was pretty good, very courteous. Didn't care for him putting his tools on the dryer next to the washer he was working on when there was cardboard right there ON TOP OF THE DRYER. Sounds rough but I paid a lot of $$$$ for them and don't want them scratched up. Could have been a 5-star if not for that.
Customer service response - We apologize for the oversight, Dan. We're glad the tech was courteous, and we appreciate your feedback to help us improve our service.

Alex was great.I don't like the fact that I can't talk to someone. Don't like talking to a computer.
Customer service response - We're glad Alex provided great service, Clif. We apologize for the inconvenience with communication and appreciate your feedback.

Service Rep was very polite and professional. The pricing was crazy. I was charged $200 just diagnose the issue and $453 to complete the repair. I elected not to fix the issue as a new washer is only $200 more than the repair.
Customer service response - Thank you for your feedback, Cheri. We apologize for the pricing concern and appreciate your honesty; we'll take this into consideration to improve our services.

The technician that came out, Justin H, was really great. Came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and then scheduled to come back a few days later when the parts came in. Here is why I didn’t give 5 stars: the day of the repair came and went and no call, text, or email from Sears. When I called Sears I was told that it would be 9 days later for the earliest appointment even though the parts had come in and I was no showed on the day scheduled to finish the repair. I had to go back to the services site and reschedule, after the phone call, in order to get a closer appointment time. Lucky for me, there was availability the next day. Again, the technician was great, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It’s his back-up customer service system that needs some help.
Customer service response - We're glad to hear Justin provided excellent service, but deeply apologize for the communication issues and any inconvenience this caused. Thankier for bringing this to our attention, and we'll work to improve our support system.

This is hard to review as I didn't have issues with the technicians but with customer service with the leading company; I received a notice and confirmation of my appointment via text. The two technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived on Wednesday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts right away, and set up a follow-up appointment for the following Tuesday with a time block. The follow-up technician who came to repair the issue was also friendly and quickly able to make the repairs. However, I had an issue with Sears Home Service and customer service. The parts came in early, and I waited on Tuesday. I didn't receive a text as last time, but I assumed they would show since everything else was here. After the time block passed and no one showed up, I called the Repair line. The automatic system picked up, recognized my number, and placed me on queue. I waited for 30 minutes, but was able to speak with someone. They weren't able to explain why no one showed up but were able to get a new schedule for the following day. The lack of communication was a major issue in this whole process. The following day, I once again didn't received a text, but waited a couple of hours with no one showing. I called the repair line, but after the automatic system recognized my number this time, it stated that my scheduled time had passed. It send me a link via text and then hang-up. I when on the link and it pointed to a failed link on the Sears Home Center site. I kept calling the number, trying to get an operator by failed everytime with the same results, the automatic machine send me a text that goes nowhere and hangs-up. I tried looking for the local number, but they all pointed to the same repair line, so this event went on for hours. I eventually got ahold of someone supplied by the home warranty. Still, it is wild how automatic and lacking customer support the leading company has provided. I don't blame the local repressive in the area, but as a whole, their system gives me such a bad taste in the company. I lost two workdays and an additional week waiting on a tech who never showed up, all because of a non-robust customer service line and inability to talk to a local human being.
Customer service response - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the communication issues you faced with our customer service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience and the feedback to help us improve.

I took them 9 visits…. I’m NOT lying to get it right, but finally, we’re getting ice and water through the refrigerator door. The technician’s were nice guys, but really? Nine visits? Luckily, my job allows me to work from home a few days a week so I could work while waiting for parts to arrive and repairmen to come and go. Finally, it’s fixed!!!!
Customer service response - We apologize for the inconvenience of requiring nine visits to repair your refrigerator, but we're glad to hear that it's finally fixed. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to leave us a review.

Techician was good but scheduling is horrible they techician canx twice and didn't show up due to over booking. Then they showed up on date I told them I was unavailable. They would send several texts and emails daily. Techician did good work just not efficient at scheduling.
