First appt was totally ignored. I never received notice that a tech was not coming, so I wasted 4 hours waiting for them to arrive. Extremely poor communications. Tech, when he came two days later, seemed to know his trade. Although he sat out in my driveway when he arrived, supposedly on a phone call for 20 minutes. New tech, who arrived in another company vehicle, assisted the first tech. He seemed genuinely caring about the lack of communication, unlike the assigned tech. The tech did state he would apprise his company of the poor communication.

So at ever. It took 7 weeks before I was told my dryer wasn't fixable! I was told multiple times my appointment would be 8-12,but no. One would show upuntil3 or after. Calling for assistance doesn't help as you can not get anyone on the phone! After 7weeks I went Out and bought a dryer. I had it in 2 days. What a bunch of crap sears put me through

Called to have a repair. Answered a million questions to an AI assistant and when the repair person came, he said he's never seen an appliance like mine. Started to take it apart and when i asked do you file for warranty payment for parts? He said Nooo i have to put it back together and dont tell anybody it was apart. We dont do warranty work. And then i was charged $129.00 for nothing. Told the AI the age of the machine and that it was obviously under warranty. Gary was very nice but not able to even figure out anything
