Massively over-charged for both the part and the labor. Part required was received at my home from Amazon. Was charged $239 for a part that was ~$50 on Amazon. Was then charged $299 for labor. The technician was at my house from 1219-1247. That’s $600/hr The technician was not personable and gave no instructions before leaving. Simply told me it’s all fixed. They told me they’re working to see what they can do. I’m not holding my breath at all. I will never do business with them again and will ensure everyone knows how I was swindled.

The technician never arrived to my house. Instead they closed out the repair order instead as "Customer declined service". I am at a new construction and GPS will not direct you to my house, so as special instructions I stated this and to text me. This never happened. This is after being rescheduled 3 times after other no shows. That is 3 days of work missed waiting for some to come that never did. I have the video footage showing that no one has arrived.

If I could give LESS than one star or negative stars I would. Please be clear, this review is NOT about Clifton the man who diagnosed and completed the repair but about Sears services in general. The dryer was diagnosed the week of Thanksgiving and we were told that the part wasn’t available until December 16th. Which is CRAZY since we found the identical part online ourselves. However they kept telling us it was back ordered so we ordered the part and we’re going to hire a local handyman to install. My husband was going to cancel it online and it said he needed to call to cancel. The next day, the actual Sears part arrived(we now had two.) Since it was now the FRIDAY before the repair date of 12/16, we did nothing else assuming everything was good for Monday since husband never called to confirm the cancellation. Nope-we were wrong. It DID cancel, no notification was sent and it took the next 3 days of my husband losing work time to try and get a human to make a new appointment. It was absolutely the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a loyal Sears customer my entire adult life. At 56 years old, I will NEVER use their services again. Almost an entire month with no dryer, no one seemed to care about our time and as a school teacher and an officer in the USCG, our time is not as flexible as clearly the operators not taking phone calls as my husband ended up doing nothing but chatting via text. Total nightmare.

Extremely disappointed in Sears service. Requested repair via my home warranty is reimbursement program. Technician refused to submit required paperwork to home warranty. Called customer service at Sears. No human interaction. Just was passed from prompt to prompt with no resolution. Still have a broken refrigerator and out $130. We’ll never use it again

I got no response if the dishwasher was fixed, I have no way to talk to a person. . This service is so bad, I don’t want to buy anything with this A. I. service.

Anthony did nothing but charge me $229.95 only to find out that it was under warranty and he shouldn't have charged me at all. I signed for $129.00 not $229.95. He did absolutely NOTHING. I WANT A REFUND. I'm so tired of dealing with Sears and Kenmore that I am filing complaints with both companies, the BBB and my Congressman. Thank you for nothing and give me my money back.

If give less than one star if I could. This has been the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Four months ago, a tech came out and put a bandaid on my dishwasher. It worked for two weeks and died again. Fast forward 4 months and 4 visits later, not to mention the 3 times they had to reschedule because the tech couldn’t make it out that day even though I took the day off to make their ridiculous 8am to 5 pm window, my dishwasher is still not working. The tech is absolutely clueless as to what needs to be done to fix the dishwasher. The company’s trash and has dropped the ball on ordering the correct part. One visit they ordered a used part from who knows where! I would have cancelled the entire warranty if it wasn’t for the threats from the company they I would have to pay for the parts they ordered that to this date, they still haven’t installed. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to work with. This company should not even be in business if this is how they value their customers and how they model their customer service.

I would give no stars but it won’t let me. Sears never showed back up and we had to get our fridge fixed elsewhere and now I received a paid invoice stating that parts were installed. Never had any parts installed from Sears. Lowes Protection plan is getting screwed if Sears charged them.

Scheduled service twice. Both times where a no call and no show. They sent us numerous reminders to make sure we are present for the scheduled appointment that they set. No respect for people time and had to miss work both times. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to about why their tech did not show up. When they finally called us, we were told that we would be put on priority, but they don't seem to have an opening for the next 2- weeks. They will call once the figured something out. Never got that call. All of the sudden a several days later ,they sent a schedule time of arrival. it was too late by then. Another company was sent to diagnose and repair the microwave. Not sure what happened to this company, but their service has gone down the drain all together.
