Ronnie was a complete professional. He called on the way to my house to give me an ETA. He was through & knowledgeable and got my dryer fixed in a short period of time. He went over options for replacement & further repairs. I highly recommend him.

Scotty arrived on time and thouroughly inspected the dishwasher. Thankfully it wasn't leaking like we had thought and confirmed the leak was coming from the RO system under the sink. He talked me through appropriate use of the dishwasher for example running hot water before starting the cycle and using rinse aid each use as well as recommended the best cleaning product to maintain it and also discussed getting a home warranty to cover any repairs for appliances. I hope the next time I need someone to come out it's either him or someone as nice and experienced as he is.
