Tron was totally professional. He displayed common sense and a mature intelligence. He was the ONLY Sears Tech to call me when he found the Service Address to be wrong on the order. AI Contacts (Samantha & Kendall) attempted to be helpful but were way above their ability. They made this process arduous, laborious and extremely frustrating to say the least. I highly suspect they can accomplish basic tasks but require human intervention and support to resolve more complex issues.

I had to wait 3 months because the app cut off the last digital of my street address and could not be corrected. So I only had one of the parts. The tech showed this morning, fixed the burner abd oven. He was quick, polite and professional.
