The young man who came to service my electric range was on time, very very polite, he took his time to explain everything to me and as an older person that is especially appreciated. I called at 7:30 the night before and he came early the very next day do thank you.

Ronnie is very pleasant repairman. He got my oven heating. I want to also thank Justin who figured out how to get my dishwasher back into the wall. Last comment, your AI system stinks. Your website doesn’t work. Fix it!!!

The repair in theory was extremely simple. The technician was a good guy tho, pay him more sears. I think it’s overpriced to do a motor swap for 600$.
