It was very difficult dealing with setting up and getting this appointment to happen, but dealing with the service person was fine. He helped to identify if not solve our issue.

The technician was great. If I could rate the communications with the company it would be much lower. This was a second call for the same complaint. So, there should be a way to dispute the second payment. I will be a very disgruntled customer if I am not reimbursed for the 9/15/25 service call which fixed nothing.
