The technician was great. If I could rate the communications with the company it would be much lower. This was a second call for the same complaint. So, there should be a way to dispute the second payment. I will be a very disgruntled customer if I am not reimbursed for the 9/15/25 service call which fixed nothing.

Mark was excellent. He came.inspected..ordered part and kept his follow up appointment. Repaires andnwas gone in 30min.most courteous and polite.

Ronnie showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ran through a diagnostic test to ensure there were no other issues. Unfortunately, the problem was what I suspected, and the cost to repair would be more than we paid for the washer. I decided not to have the work done, but Ronnie was very helpful in providing replacement options. Would not be disappointed if he showed up the next time I needed service.

The technician was terrific! However, the scheduling department overbooks the technicians. Therefore we had to wait two weeks to get the parts in and the dishwasher repaired.
