Mark the repairman did everything he could to get our fridge fixed. But it was going to cost too much money and the extended warranty people decided it wasn't worth fixing it as of today July 2nd. Of course no fault to Mark, but we have been without a fridge since April. When one repairman James marked our service finished it cost us almost another 2 week waiting to find if it could be fixed or not. He didn't even have the right customer name listed on the ticket as it wasn't even my signature on the slip that was emailed to me on June 20th. Mark had to get that fix in the system so we could possibly get our fridge fixed.
