Our technician, Corey, was very professional and punctual for our service call. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me insight on the issue we were having with our unit. 10 out of 10, I'd highly recommend.

James was knowledgeable and organized I was totally satisfied with him in his work. Sears provided the service on a saturday which is hard to find. I didn't have to take off work to be available. The negative is like most places you have to be available from the hours of 8 to 5.

My interactions with the technician (Ronnie) were top tier. He was super professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. However, after scheduling my appointment, I was extremely irritated by the AI/computer generated messages. The AI system scheduled 2 dates and asked me the same questions for the 3 days straight leading up to my scheduled appointment. If Sears is going to utilize these computer generated systems to communicate with us humans, please make sure it’s effective.
