Mark was my technician. He was very kind and informative. He helped me put my freezer back together. Additionally, he helped me figure out that I may not need a new water pump. I had a filter problem that was all. Thank you for saving my pride and a little money.

Ronnie was the nicest technician i had in a long time. Use my washer for the first time after he left, I have a strange intermittent sound coming from my machine. I'm not happy that I can't talk to anyone about it. I need a real person . I'm so sick of the automated system. Useless.
