The Technician did a fine job! However I do have a problem with the way that Sears Appliance Repair abuses the Text messaging system to badger us every other day to confirm that we still want the service at the time we chose. I confirmed three times and on the fourth time your message claimed that I had not confirmed. That is a lie! Pelting your customers with message traffic is cheap and easy for you but pretty annoying for us. I may consider a different service provider in the future for this reason alone. I ma sure that I am not alone on this comment.
