The technician showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem and found out that my refrigerator was still under warranty. He ordered the parts which came 3 days later. My appointment to install the new parts was 2 weeks away, so I call the company and they send the same technician the next day. I had a great experience with this company from customer service to the technician which I can’t remember his name but I thank him
