The scheduling got messed up. First visit needed parts ordered. Was not told parts would come to the property in the mail nor to wait for parts before scheduling next service date. Was told to set next appointment week out for 6/3/2026. Waited all afternoon and no notice except for morning where I was told agent would be coming that date. No other texts that date had to be changed. tried calling number several times and virtual agent kept saying repair person was coming. Part #2 came that same day but late afternoon. Finally, just rescheduled online for today and received appropriate texts and tracking. Repair person got here earlier than expected. Done timely but still have to thaw out the line. Main issue was with scheduling and unable to contact a human.

Although we didn’t get the repair, our repair man was transparent and honest. Sears could have done a better job informing that the repair could not be done same day. Parts had to be ordered and a subsequent visit to fix. Ultimately the cost and wait resulted in us paying the fee and purchasing a new dryer.

Th technician was an amazing, and did the work quickly. However, personally I think the price was way too high for that simple fix. Also communication wasn’t the best with this company but I did end up getting my serviced moved up closer. Having two technician on the job was also kinda strange. Final review, good tech, needs way better communication, and hopefully better price or a full break down receipt for what you’re paying for to be given.

The tech Justin was great. He was professional and helpful and humored my confusion. However, the service center reps kinda stink along with the app to track your tech. They give you the run around and are not clear as to when your actual service appointment window is expiring as to where your tech is and if you truly will have service that day. Other than the customer service center I would recommend the tech.
