I was able to get a quick appointment, they kept me apprised by email and text ifv the tech's arrival status. Robert arrived on time, and resolved the issue fast with some ingenuity and out-of-the-box thinking. Robert was professional and a pleasure talk to, and I'm a happy customer! My dryer is working like new again and I will never forget to check pockets for coins ever again. Thanks, Robert!!
