Sam S. Was knowledgeable, professional through and even personable. Although I think the fee Sears charges for this fix is high, Sam instilled trust and I felt sure it was the right call. Sam also sold me on the warranty plan, which I initially did not intend to purchase. Sears should reward associates/ partners like Sam. People like him are your business.
