Made an appointment and was given a 9am - 5pm window. No one ever showed up or contacted me. Wasted a day and wasn't able to contact a live human, just an AI assistant that apologized for the no-show and rescheduled me for the next available appointment.

Technician moved the appt time multiple times. When he did show up he took a picture and told me that the part does exist and that I was out of luck. I asked him to send me the info stating that the part didn't exist so I could send it to my home warranty and he said I would receive it soon. He also refused to fill out any information my home warranty claim. He then charged me $120 to take a picture. I never received the estimate. The company only uses AI so it is almost impossible to talk with someone about this Edit to add I called the number listed in the response and it was an AI agent that couldn't help me. Do not do business with this company

Washing machine repair . Repairman waltzed in did so much as glance at the washer. Got the serial number pulled up a part. Told me they doubled the price on the part and with labor it would be over 700.00. Then tried to sell me a home warranty. He charged me 129.00 for a bunch of bull

The tech came in, saw an error code, asked me to search the error code on YouTube and then tell him what it said. He then ignored YouTube saying it was a bad pump, showed us how to clean the filter, and left (but not before completing his own review on his device). The problem was not fixed and no diagnostics were done. This was a very surreal experience and a waste of $120. Also, they don't take AMEX, even thought their AI customer service says they do.

Never fixed, damaged the door and no refund. Stay away!! I wish I could give negative stars! After 4 months of trying to get my oven fixed, two different parts orders, two different service techs, 3 days I had to wait all day because the estimated time is 8am-9pm and now an oven that is worse than before (now the microwave does not work either because they damaged the door while attempting to fix the oven), and no refund of my prepayment in sight, this is the absolute worst repair group I have ever dealt with. They had no clue what was wrong with my oven that is less than 2 years old, even though it is an LG smart oven that told them (and me) that it was a heater element they never fixed it, scheduled one of their own repairmen who was only the day before discharged from the hospital with a heart attack and definitely not able to work, and NO actual PEOPLE to talk to about these issues or any refund!! I usually only review groups/vendors/items when I can give a 5 star but had to add to the 1's for this group. Buyer beware!

My experience was awful. i have american Home Shield warrenty. i called for a service call for my washer. they set it up for a Sears technician to come out. The technician arrives and tells my husband that the washer could not be fixed because they dont make replacement lids for that thpe of washer even went to the trouble of pulling up the parts on his decice to show him. 2 weeks later i call AMS to gwt the status on the service call. The technician had reported that the washer was in working condition and that no service was needed. So with him reporting this to the AMS i lost the chance to have my washer replaced. So to say the least I am vwry upset with the service On top of all of that he reported the wrong brand of washing machine How could someone tell the customer that the washer didnt have the parts available to order and then turn around and tell American Home Shield that the washer was in proper working condition. Sears should really be ashamed to send this technician out.

Initial service call diagnosis was broken belt. New belt ordered. Upon return call to install belt, different tech., belt didn't need replacing. Belt had only came off tensioner pulley. Initial tech didn't open cabinet to fully diagnose problem. Ordering new belt and return visit wasn't needed. Unnecessary service charges. Need this rectified with accounts receivable dept. Good luck trying to get to speak with a real person when you call. AI automated call system. Once i finally got to speak to a real person, they weren't even in this country and could barely understand my complaint. Much less being able to speak the English language. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If your call center is taking calls from English speaking customers, at least have people that understands and can communicate in English taking those calls. Appliances will crumble into a pile of rust before i call Sears Appliance Repair again.
