I'm sorry to complain but this repair has been a tough ride. THIS is the 4th appointment and my dishwasher is still inoperable. Three different technicians have worked on it. AMERICAN HOME SHIELD HAS WASTED $700.00 PLUS ON A 15 year old dishwasher. Very bad business decisions I would think.

Waited all day… updates delayed with Kate notice. Never showed. Reported as if he did and I got an “accepted” estimate in my email! Deliberately didn’t show up. Closed the report at my time! Second day no show after four prior from Sears! Six total days which amounts to 48 hours of ky sacrificed time which I’ll go after reimbursement! Today was another example of unacceptable behavior. Make he wait all day for a report sent after 5 pm as if he showed up. Sears should be ashamed to treat clients like they don’t matter. Horrible! He forged my name…Bob from Sears saw a certain cycle never came on. I had such a problem getting technician out and got John after a few months ago…He insisted it was a pipe a little short but had nothing to do with cycle not coming on and manually turning off and having to unplug machine to get it to unlock etc… I told John my experiences with cycles not coming on at all and having to manually turn spin cycle off as he himself did! He put it on drain and spin and there was no water in machine so can’t be a plumbing problem he’s blaming it on. My clothes always spun on cycle that worked but I had to manually turn it off. I told him I’m not signing anything and he made calls from the van. Shut the door on me and said he had to go. He never checked any cycles as I told him I had problems on certain ones to come on at all. He’s terrible and to lie? Forge my signature? That’s unacceptable!

Robert H has been schedule to do a refrigerator 3 times since June. He didn't show the first time. The second time he showed up in an unmarked vehicle and said he had no tools or van because Sears wouldn't tag the van he was supposed to use. He then unplugged the refrigerator for about 5 minutes and promised we'd get a replacement....but we didn't and still the issue wasn't fixed. The third time I asked for a new technician but was sent the same technician and he agian he said he didn't have tools and he called another Sears tech to help him troubleshoot. When his colleague said he should just unplug it and let it thaw, Robert stated, he didn't have enough time to let it thaw and that he didn't have a hair dryer and suggested we put duct tape on it......He was very unprofessional all three times!!

Technician not capable. Charge was excessive considering he broke the detergent dispenser which I will have to replace. Very angry and upset. Will not use service again. Machine was working perfectly except door would not unlock. Now I can't use my liquid detergent. Need itemized invoice and refund of $112.89 to cover cost of new dispenser.

I have had nothing but headaches!! I have been waiting MONTHS for a repair!! They really don't care & you CANNOT reach a human by phone! I will NEVER buy from Lowes again!!! They are even worse!!! Next day: Thanks for the bogus phone # to call and only deal with AI. RIDICULOUS!! Also, the wrong part has been ordered 3X!!!! I wish I could just chuck this piece of junk!!!!

John, came for the second time. He was very rude and wouldn't listen to anything my husband and I were trying to say. He was here for less than 10 minutes versus 2 hours a few days ago. We were trying to ask him some questions but he just ignored us. Next thing you know, he picked up his tools and started walking out the door! We were like hey John, where are you going? He just kept walking out the door. He had no idea what he was doing. I asked him to check a specific part, a water level switch which can cause an electrical current to run through the frame of the machine. I said it could be damaged. He just said your machine is fine! The electrician has also been here twice to make sure there was not any electrical issues. There is not!!! To top it all off, he left my washing machine in the middle of the room. He didn't even hook it back up! Never again will I ever use Sears again!

Plug is melted from a power surge and my claim was denied. I will never use this service again I am worried about getting shocked when plugging it in.

The first thing I asked was if they do warranty work on Samsung yes we do OK Yhang gets here. He can’t do warranty work on Samsung I get charged.

UPDATE: as requested in my original review I messaged this company's Facebook page. I have given them 3 days to respond to me asking to speak to a higher up because the messages were honestly pathetic. I will be posting the screenshots to their Facebook page reviews as well. If you are okay with being lied to, gaslighted, and above all else scammed, go ahead and use this company. Absolutely would not recommend this company. Starting with scheduling the appointment: I spelled my email to the representative 3 times and she still spelled it wrong so I never received the confirmation email. She explained about the diagnostic fee which was $119 and that if we decided to go through with the repair that the fee is waived however if you decided not to go with them for the repair you pay the diagnostic fee and that's that. I had asked her for an estimate because that's what I was doing, calling around and getting quotes. She said it is a "flat fee" of $275. I also confirmed with her that no matter what it's $275? Because that honestly sounded too good to be true but she assured me, $275. So I go ahead and schedule the appointment. Our tech was Kenneth and he was great so this isn't on him. He made sure I knew what was going on and the fees. The diagnostic fee is not waived, it's included, Okay that's fine. But then it would've been $800 almost $900 for the repair! We paid him the $119 and he left. We ordered the 2 parts we needed online for less than $200 dollars and did it ourselves. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!
