No one to help you locally only over seas people to answer phone. Reschedule you or cancel altogethrr with no reschedule. Shady outfit. Get someone locally to help you with fixing appliances. This is not your place.

I will never use Sears repair ever again I have been waiting all day for the tech to come they was to be here at 830 am I call, and I can't talk to anyone because I have a ticket open so i don't know what time they will get here.
