Washer broke AGAIN for the millionth time shortly after the repair guy left. This has been a complete joke dealing with Sears repair. They have been out here 5-6 times trying to fix the washer and we just continue to have the same issue. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and have been waiting all day only to find out someone canceled it. You are not able to speak to an actual human at Sears repair because their system is completely run by A.I. Their repair people are basically doing a "best guess" diagnosis and repair and it's not getting fixed. I don't feel their repair people are trained properly. They've always been nice to deal with, but enough is enough of the repairs not being done properly and the washer not working. This has been an ongoing issue since January of this year. I've filed a complaint through the warranty company and now I'm waiting to hear back from their consumer relations. If you have other options, find a different repair company. Unfortunately for us, the warranty company claims they're only contracted with Sears Repair for our area so we're going to have to continue dealing with them for repairs.
