The wrong part was ordered. The wrong color arrived. I never heard a knock they closed the case. I was told to contact Best Buy to fix the mistake by Sears Appliance Repair.

Kept trying to sell me a pro plan and HVAC. I work for an HVAC company. High priced, and was not helping me with my problem. All they were worried about was the sell.

Trying to get service through their telephone numbers is horrible. They don’t come when they are scheduled, you can’t talk to a scheduler. If I ever get my washer fixed I will cancel my contract with them.
