They came out as part of a warranty service once, didn't come on their second appointment after we had the part stating they tried to contact us to reschedule which wasn't true. Ended up never showing up and we gave up and bought a new appliance.

I booked an appointment for today 10/11 from 8:00-5:00 for a refrigerator repair. I received multiple confirmation texts and calls and took the day off work to be here. I received a text at 10:40 saying my appointment was rescheduled to 10/26 with no reason as to why. I tried multiple of their numbers trying to get through to a representative and only got the automated system. The automated system only gives the option to reschedule or cancel my existing appointment for 10/26 and would not give the option to contact a person. Horrible customer service, I cancelled my appointment because of the frustrating experience and because I can’t wait a week and a half without a refrigerator. I went through Famous Appliance Repair who was able to schedule me for tomorrow. I would NEVER recommend this company.

My home warranty had this company come to my house to repair my refrigerator. I was told some misinformation from the tech. I’ve tried to reach the company contracted through Sears Home Services, as well as, Sears and all I get is some recording about rescheduling. I don’t want to reschedule, I want to talk to a real person to get this issue fixed. This is the worst customer service ever.

Don’t recommend this company at all. Impossible to talk with them on the phone. Terrible customer experience. Didn’t showed up after rescheduling the service in order to wait for part. Now I have the part with a broken dryer and they received the payment when I paid for the part.
