Would have given a 5 for Austin.He and Dave were very helpful. But this was the third service visit to repair the appliance. Wrong parts ordered on 1st repairman visit.

UPDATE: Technician Josh saved the day! Humans win. I would rate Josh 5 stars, but the AI Sears Home Services uses was overdone and mostly unhelpful. 04-16-26: We have been trying to have our Frigidaire oven fixed for the past 10 days. The first technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A different technician came a week later to install the part, but the part arrived broken. Today, another technician was on his way, but I received a message that no one was home when he arrived. They were at the WRONG house. Someone was home and waiting! It is impossible to speak with a human at Sears Home Service, so I had to reschedule for this afternoon. Someone will have to hang around the house and wait, again. I'm not confident that this afternoon's tech will come to the right house. I have already given Sears Home Servies full payment for the repair. I am feeling very frustrated! I hope to be able to give a better review once my repair actually happens.

This company is unreliable and doesn't keep its appointments. I was given an appointment in june to repair the air conditioner in my house at 1095 Belle Meade, and they keep postponing it and not answering my calls, claiming that the parts haven't arrived, even though I have children and my mother is an elderly woman. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.
