Would NOT RECOMMEND! It took over 4 months to fix my 4 year old Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Scheduling a service appointment is a NIGHTMARE WITH NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON! Wait from 8 am - 5 pm for the tech. No way to schedule with priority for a continuing problem! Then an actual no show with no call from the tech until after 6 pm!!!!!

Never using them again. Set and confirmed an appointment for the 8-12 window (already a large window). No one shows up no one contacts me to tell me what is going on. Nothing. No one to talk to or to file complaints. Nothing. They do not respect their customers time. I wasted a day off of work for nothing. Do not bother with them. Find a local company instead.

I had an apt on 9/8 the technician said he would have to order a part that he also said was a common issue with the oven. If it common why don’t you carry the part? On 9/11 the technician installed the ordered part told me the oven was fixed. When I went to use the oven 9/15 it would not work. Calked to schedule an appointment for 9/20 nobody called nobody showed up. You cannot reach a live person and the AI is set to discount customer request. Over $500 and I still have not gotten anywhere.

Terrible company, avoid using!!! After over 3 weeks my washing machine is still not fixed!! After multiple appointments and multiple appointments cancelled last minute. Including the appointment today where I saw the tech pull up to my house, then I get a text saying my appointment was cancelled and he drove away. Horrible customer service you can’t speak with anyone locally. They just don’t care about the customers.

it was terrible. The maintenance guy was fine but the information of the $129 for diagnostics labor and parts is false advertisement. by the time he got over here and told me the truth the $129 was just for him to show up. But it would’ve been $700 for labor and parts. I will never use you guys ever again. Now I need to buy an actual new dryer. Educate your sales people that answer the phones a little bit better please

Do not use this service. The technician charged me up front for the labor and repair and then no showed his return appointment to install TWICE. No phone call. Nothing. No part was installed and no work done and the company refuses to give me a refund when I have asked for it multiple times. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, they told the credit card company that the job was completed when it wasn't. I called another company to complete the job and discovered that the $500 part Sears said I needed was not even broken in the first place. The stove only needed a good cleaning. The second company did this for less than $100 and fixed my problem instantly. I had been waiting over a month without a stove because of problems getting parts and the technician rescheduling several times and then no showing twice.

Initial service booking was easy. Technician came out, diagnosed the issue, kind of. He had told me that I have to deal with the manufacturer to ascertain warranty parts myself and wished me luck. For a service company, I would have hoped they had the ability and drive to assist their customers. I’m less than pleased with the service I was rendered. Follow up service isn’t there either. I would recommend anyone else at this point.

Purchased LG washers/dryers where dryer had a missing piece so LG sent out Sears Home services to provide the repair First appointment on 6/20 was cancrled by Sears Home services without any notice or explanation, just didn't show up. Today, on 6/27 someone showed up and dint even wait for us to answer the door and left. Never tried to call or text us. We tried contacting them within 5 min of leaving, nothing. Recommend asking for a return/refund instead of dealing with this company
