Austin was great!!!
I give Austin A. 5 stars since he kept the appointment. It took him all of 15 minutes to repair the range knob. However, I had made 3 previous appointments for Saturday service, and they were all cancelled by Sears. I give the Service scheduler "0" stars for not following through keeping the appointments.
