Technician was friendly, and provided excellent service and maintained contact with us the day of each visit. He diagnosed the problem and explained his repair plan on his first visit, then had part sent to us and returned on the prearranged date and quickly installed the new part and showed us the problem with the old part. Washer worked satisfactorily when he left.
