Very good servicemen who kept us updated to when they would be here. All were polite, quick and efficient workers and explained what the problems were and what we may need to do to remedy any further issues Us. Several return visits and cost us nothing more. Very happy to have this contract.

Harold was polite and professional. However the answers to my questions regarding our issues with Thor Range were not satisfactory. Your questions do not allow a response to the issues... Harold is great ... the Range ... not so much.
