you sent me a note to "try" to resolve th dispute, you gave me a phone number to call, I could not speak to a human, only your AI Bot Samantha. Stupid, incapable of resolving the issue, kept asking for more phon number which I entered 4 times. I called Choice Home Warranty and said NEVER EVER use Sears to repair anything. I have shopped at Sears since 1976, 49 years, and I will never use them again. I am canceling my home warranty and will use a full pay technician. This has gone on for 2 full weeks. The service was totally incompetent. I called about a problem with a furnace. There were two furnaces in the attic. The first one was working properly therefore they said everything was fine and they left they now have to come back a week later in the middle of winter and service the second one this service doesn’t even rate a one star it rates a -5 star. The property is a rental property. The people will now go another week without heat and half of the house series used to be a quality name not anymore.

Sears has the wrong phone number I have attempted to correct it and the AI system wont let me get to anyone to correct it. the Tech wont show up to the correct address because of the phone issue.

First time I took time off for repair guy. They canceled. The just came on Tuesday and my ice maker is still broken.

Been to my house 4 times now, item is still not fixed and there is no one that seems willing to actually get this problem resolved.

Needed washer repaired due to error code F6 E3. A google search says it’s the control board. Wanted a tech to come out and repair the washer. I put in the notes the error code. The tech arrived and looked at the washer and said the control board was out and he didn’t have the part to repair it. He didn’t even touch the washer. I had already taken the top off. He diagnosed it in 2 seconds. He said it would be $769 to get the part and make the repair. THE WASHER DOESN'T EVEN COST THAT MUCH. I had to spend 128$ for them to come out and do absolutely nothing. What a waste of money it feels like a scam.

Richard “Rick” from Sears Repairs never showed up, but they billed the warranty company because I received an email with the invoice. This place is committing fraud against the warranty service. Update: I called the phone number in the response, but just like all their phone numbers, you can’t talk to a person.

The tech could not really do anything because of the people that work for Sears. Sears dropped the ball on this. I have been without a cooktop for 4 or 5 months and I do not think Sears cares.

Came to fix washer that is covered under warranty of ALL PARTS AND COMPONENTS paid $75 for the technician to tell me that the issue isn’t covered under warranty and then left also was told I couldn’t get a refund of the $75. This place is a scam.

He first said the arm was clogged, never checked it then says the hot water was hooked up backwards until i showed him it wasnt, then said it was the soap pod dispensor, which it wasnt. It had white dried soap all over bottom of dishwasher until water was turned on and it wet the dried soap, then he says, see its gone, its working. When i said its not cleaning dishes he says, its working fine, what do u want me to do about it! I said, i wanted him to fix it then he says, theres nothing i can do for you! Then he left. He didnt even know how to turn the dishwasher on, i had to show him. Very Rude person, unexperienced. He never even checked if it was the filter.

Waited all day and no one showed up, but on the app it showed he arrived at our house.
