Rick is amazing. He’s been working on this repair for awhile, there were many challenges that were not his doing along the way, including another technician that made the situation worse. He got the dishwasher fixed, no more leaks. Please tell him THANKS!

Curtis was fabulous however the lack of being able to communicate with a human about my appointment is unacceptable. We could do a lot better by being able to talk to someone about your appointment.
