He was very polite and got the job done quickly. He did attempt to leave and said I wasn’t home though which was upsetting. He said he rang my doorbell twice and knocked. My doorbell is an old obnoxious doorbell that rings 4 times with each push so I would have heard 8 loud rings in my house but other than that service was good. Our initial appointment to put in the new part in was 12/24 but the guy called stating that his car broke down and that someone else would try to get out to us. We never heard from anyone else so I did have to reschedule the appointment myself for a couple days later.

Confusing messages when technician is to arrive. 8 am to 5 pm is not very useful, especially when that message produces an 805 arrival!

The process for making the appt, staying informed of arrival status and payment was seamless … the technician was knowledgeable but tried to talk me out of service from the first contact before he even arrived … although he diagnosed thoroughly, he was negative the entire time … almost gave me the impression that he didn’t want to assist and “shucks, well don’t know what to tell ya’ but you need a new appliance… sorry can’t help ya” [my words not his - but that’s what it felt like] … I would definitely try Sears Repair again … but I would cross my fingers and hope I didn’t get the same technician …

The technician arrived, Unprepared and unqualified to address the issue with my appliance, despite having the issue, clearly explained with text a video and model numbers when the service request was created.

The Sears technician currently at our home has been dismissive of the issue we are experiencing. Our dishwasher has an intermittent leak. A towel was placed in front of the unit as a precaution, and it remained dry until the dishwasher was run and began leaking again. Despite this, our concerns are not being taken seriously. We have visually identified water leaking from a line underneath the dishwasher, yet the proposed solution is to order a door seal. We have made every effort to clearly communicate that while the issue does not occur during every cycle, when it does, there is visible water present. We expected a thorough and professional evaluation of the problem.
