There are a couple of concerns. When the appointment was made a time between 7 a.m and 6 p.m. was provided. This window is way too long as I believe they should be able to narrow this down. Who wants to wait around all day for a service call. Second is with the lack if professionalism of the technician. He wasn't very kind and made me feel very uncomfortable. He literal "told" me to flip the circuit breaker on and off while leaving him in my home alone (the circuit breaker is in my garage). He stated that he'd never handled a warranty claim and really didn't know what to do. While I believe his technical skills are there, his ability to be kind and respect the owners home (professionalism) needs attention.
