1986 Kenmore Fridge preventative service
I could not have asked for a nicer person to do the work. He called prior to his arrival. He checked everything that needed to be looked at. He is the only Service person who declined to accept a candy bar or Money. He said that he is being paid by Sears to do the work. I did not know that people like him still existed! Thank you

WASHING MACHINE INSPECTION
We just moved here, washing machine came w/house, appeared newer, previous owner obviously never cleaned. Ricky did an outstanding job of inspecting, verifying proper operation, removing dirt/debris/filth and giving everything a good scrub down. Machine works great and no longer stinks or drains slowly.
