I do not recommend purchasing the Sears Home Services, I have been dealing with them since September trying to get my refrigerator fixed and to date still nothing, today I found out part was cancelled and when I called again ( I have been calling pretty much weekly to get this fixed and sill nothing) they said they are escalating this matter ( this will be the 3rd time being escalated )and for me to wait another 48 hours and then call back. All they are doing to taking my payments monthly but no service. only gave a one star to be able to post review but it should be no stars

Can't leave a NO-STAR review. I tried to use the Victoria location, but twice I had appointments and nobody showed up. And they have no phone support as everything is AI now. DON"T EVEN BOTHER calling them!!

Terrible. The worst experience from start to finish. He was 2 and a half hours late and didn't want to look at the machine because he was running late. Ge had the wrong serial number which he was aware of, but waited until he arrived to tell me he wasn't going to work on it. I had ge on the line and they corrected the issue while he was there . But he said he didn't have time and still had 3 stops left. He was rude .

Did not clean the lent that I can’t reach after every cleaning said the Heating element was bad but didn’t replace and didn’t know much about the appliance this GE profile doesn’t work it take 4-6 hours to cycle and leaves the clothes wet you can’t shake out wet clothes I bought after my daughter was murdered and didn’t use the best judgment but we all clean this machinafter every wash the lent brush pushed some of the lent to the back but the rest is clean and the technician left it like that but it doesn’t work The technician said he didn’t know much about this model because they seldomly work on th GE you need to replace this GE Profile so I can replace with a set that works I just tried to clean what he didn’t do

Technician never showed up to service our washer and went ahead and turn in a full report saying he did. Even signed as if we was not gonna ever see the report. Called to have something done about it just to have them say we have set up another app. They never called to do the virtual app. This time around. We never signed anything but looks like he did it for us. Still haven’t got our washer fixed.

The technician was no help at all. He called me and let me know that it was not a Warranty problem. It was an installation problem so if he came out to service the refrigerator, I would be stuck paying the $400 bill. I explained to him that I spoke with Best Buy and they told me to call the warranty department. I called the warranty department and explain that it was a installation issue and he said they have to handle it because I was now on the warranty and they sent me the service guy out And now he’s telling me I will be stuck with a bill. I told him not to come.

I placed an initial work order with Sears on May 18th, and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. The service has been plagued by multiple cancellations and a clear failure on their part to read or acknowledge important notes regarding how and when to contact me. The technicians show up unprepared, and communication is incredibly poor. This has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I would not recommend Sears or the American Home Shield home warranty service to anyone looking for reliable, timely repairs.
