Our technician provided us with a great estimate of when he would be here making it easy to make sure someone was home. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he went along and left the laundry room just as it was when he showed up! Highly recommend!

The technician (Nichalos A) was excellent. He is very helpful and very knowledge about his job. However the Sears parts department sent the wrong part which now delays my repair.
