The service technician Martin created the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had with a technician before. He made various inappropriate comments about my neighbors and the the large size of my house and was questioning me on what I did to afford my house and made comments about how he lives in a large home with a pool to and was giving me unsolicited advice on sainting my pool. He over shared strange personal information about his “wife” And “girl friend” and their living arrangements that made me very uncomfortable. My landscaper walked in my home and he began aggressively questioning her and making untoward comments to her about working at his house and then he had an attitude with me at the end of the call and accused me of knowing about the issues prior to buying the home. I had to actually ask him to leave my home. I will NEVER be calling this service again.

Needed warranty repair on new Frigidaire freezer that was locked in Sabbath mode and would not reset. Technician had no clue how to troubleshoot and repair the freezer. Said he needed to order parts; however, never heard back from him. I had to setup a follow-up. Again, no clue how to troubleshoot and claimed he did not have the parts needed. After 4 trips (I had to call and setup each one) with same results we reached out to Frigidaire corporate with threat of a lawsuit. We heard back from an executive at Frigidaire and were able to get a Frigidaire tech out of Houston who actually new what he was doing. Turns out the control panel was defective. Sears technician was useless. He became rude and agitated when questioned about not having parts and when I insisted they get another tech to handle the situation.

Should be No star!!!!! Never showed up!!! But did send a bill to the warranty company. Very fraudulent!

First, the cancelled on my first appointment that I scheduled to get my dryer fixed and I had to reschedule for the day after. The ETA time kept changing on the second time I rescheduled and when the guy did show up. He looked at the dryer stepped outside and called someone. Told me it would need to be scheduled under a different service. He didn't tell me what was wrong with my dryer, after her got off the phone he told me they rescheduled for another day and he left. If I could I'd leave 0 stars, because that was the worst and most unprofessional service every

Sears home services has been no help, they just take your money and don’t fix your appliance. I do not recommend buying. You can never speak with upper management or what they call the loyalty team, they say they don’t have a direct line and always transfer me but never get an answer, just get to hold for hours and no answer. They don’t even deserve 1 star but wouldn’t let me post without one.
