First tech said leak. Parts took a month. 2nd tech evaluated. Not a leak. Restricted. So now unit will have to be replaced. Techs ok but this whole experience? Awful. If not for my extended warranty I’d be really aggravated. Inconsistency and delay over holidays was not fun and now who knows when I’ll have a working fridge. This unit? 2 years old. 😕

The repair man was sent by Choice home warranty. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. I paid my co-pay to Choice.
