Our repair was covered on our extended warranty.Technician was knowledgeable, diagnosed on first trip, ordered part needed and returned when part was delivered to our home. Returned to replace part at appointed time. Quickly got the job completed. Glad for his help.

Nicholas arrived on Time. He was polite and professional. He figured out what was wrong with the washer In no time and had it fixed and was on his way in less than two hours. It was a great experience.

The service by the technician was great but I will never buy another Sears or GE product because it took 6 weeks to repair my dryer and they do not have a live person that you can talk to. I took out the warranty but taking 6 weeks to repair my dryer when I could have done it myself in approximately 3 days and would have been ordering the parts and repair myself. By taking out the warranty was a waste of money.
