The only negative was that the repair did not notify me when he was arriving. Gladly I made sure someone was home but if not I would not have know and probably missed my appt. I was at work and cannot constantly check my phone for the app update.

Nick, the technician, was great...Bright and early...knowledgeable, listened intently to the problem we were experiencing! Of course, repairs are out of sight nowadays...and it's cheaper to replace then repair. Should have known that going in and it would have saved me $135 for the diagnostic!

Wasn’t able to troubleshoot, turned out my washing machine was unlevel, which made the water come out of the soap, dispensary and run down the top of the washer on the inside and run down and get into the drawer. My son came by and leveled the washer, and that fixed the problem.
