Wasn’t able to troubleshoot, turned out my washing machine was unlevel, which made the water come out of the soap, dispensary and run down the top of the washer on the inside and run down and get into the drawer. My son came by and leveled the washer, and that fixed the problem.

The refrigerator is still making the same noise now but louder. Not sure when it will stop. The tech told me that it would quit making the noise after the ice has defrosted that built up but it has two hours now and still making the noise. Not sure if he needs to come back to service it again or not.

The tech guy canceled on me twice. First time the tech guy text 15 minutes before arriving. I told him we would be there in 10 minutes and he said, I can't wait, I have to leave. Second time, no show, no call! I called Sears to file a complaint and they were unconcerned about the tech not showing up. Sears needs to do better. I had a bad experience with this company.

The tech guy canceled on me twice without calling me. All he did was sent me a text at 8pm both times. Once the tech guy finally got to my house he didn’t even pull my washer out to actually see the problem. He just took the top off the washer and said everything looks fine. He got out his little flashlight and that’s when he discovered the problem. Sears needs to do better. I had a bad experience with this company.
