The tech guy canceled on me twice without calling me. All he did was sent me a text at 8pm both times. Once the tech guy finally got to my house he didn’t even pull my washer out to actually see the problem. He just took the top off the washer and said everything looks fine. He got out his little flashlight and that’s when he discovered the problem. Sears needs to do better. I had a bad experience with this company.

They had to come out three different times to fix my washer. They would come out, say they needed a part, the part would come in but they would not come out for a week. The next week, they came out, said they needed a part, the part came in, they couldn’t come out for a week. It took approximately 3 weeks to repair leading us to spend unnecessary money on laundry. This was a terrible experience and they need to make an effort to be more timely and responsive. You also cannot speak to a person to complain as everything is done through text and email. Bad all the way around.

Unsatisfied, Rick Almarez technician came out opened back panel of stove and determined that I had a roach problem warranties were voided no repairs done now I'm stuck with a 4 month stove that doesn't work.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received today the service man that came out told me that there was roaches in the back of the panel and said that it would cost $900 to repair I was so terrified about having roaches so I called local service man to come out for a second opinion which he stated there was no roaches one of the lines was loose which he tightened and there was frozen ice in the bottom of the drawer and that's what was causing the freezer drawer from opening my out-of-pocket for the service was $375 not understanding why I paid for extended warranty and the guy that came to service didn't look at any of the things my mother pointed out to him

Sears was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I been without a refrigerator for 3 months. Sears cancel our appointment nine times and never showed up to fix it. Sears is a fraud I would not ever hire them again.
