Accused me of breaking stuff that was already broken, very unprofessional about it

Terrible service, this is the second time this guy does not show up. Told my warranty company to never send this guy to do repairs on my appliances

Nicholas was terrible. He was told what was wrong & needed to be fixed. He did half the work & never checked to see if the appliance was operating properly. He just left. Of course it was not functioning properly & had the same error code he was supposed to fix. Stay away from him!!!
