The technician was very nice and worked well. He did leave the extra parts that he was going to take with him here, and I don't know how get in contact with to tell him. The wait for parts was long, but he got the job done when they showed.

Daniel found the issue, made arrangements to have a part replaced. Unfortunately, we have not heard from anyone since he came. No idea where and when the part will arrive. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF ANOTHER FREEZER FOR OUR PANTRY
