The technician Kenny was amazing. He had excellent customer service skills and great knowledge of his job. I would give him 5 stars. What I did not like was I could only call and speak with AI. It would never allow me to speak to a live person that needs to be fixed. I give this part of my process 2 stars! It was a terrible experience trying to get scheduled and rescheduled!

Arrived later in day which order best for us. Figured issue with electric dryer. Was expensive! Fixed $299 price to fix a thermal fuse on dryer. Total $381. That was an expensive fix! But I guess you’re desperate to have a working dryer. Besides, price excellent job
