Went online Sunday night & was able to get appointment for Monday. I received confirmation & picture of tech. Tech called Monday morning & advised approx time he would arrive. I was able to track his progress & how many appointments were ahead of me! I love Sears service! I will never call any other company for appliance repair again! Thank you Rick!!
