On our Eighth service call on our 4 month old GE stackable washer dryer combo, the technician sent a long list of requirements for his work environment. This was a first . None of the techs before made demands like this tech , only courteous texts giving arrival time ...Very professional...This tech , number ,4 , arrives and leaves in two minutes saying he can't work here in our tiny home or this enviroment? Left ..no repair at all....I warned those at home where washer was, beware , this tech is different....the texts before they show up are unusual ..just a vibe ......So , I called to ask about service call and got operator completely shutting be down saying tech said this and that ??? We never spoke to tech at all ....I was not at address yet anyway??? So , bad day for them, upsetting for us....Now Sears explains we have to go through GE to cancel our order and start new order before they can reschedule the tenth appointment to work on our 4 month old unit from GE!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They don’t reimburse you after making any cancellation when they order parts for you.

Waited 2 weeks and still not fixed- A technician initially visited, diagnosed multiple problems using a diagnostic machine, and ordered parts accordingly. When he returned today to complete the repair, he stated the parts were not needed and replaced only a hose. Unfortunately, just three hours after the visit, the original issue reoccurred and the same error code appeared.

Very thorough. Kept with it until he figured out that ultimately it was a plumbing issue. Made sure when the plumbing is fixed, the washer will work fine. Changed my 5 ☆ to a 1☆! The plumbing issue turned out to be a calcium build up in the cold water hose at the pipe. He never checked the hose at the pipe or if he did, didn't say anything. ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW COLD WATER HOSE! Not only did I spend $400 on Sears repair, but also had to pay a plumber.

On this service call there was no meeting of the minds the appointment was set to clean clothes dryer and vent and when he arrived late he only vacuumed around the dryer and he thought he was finished there was no service provided as what we expected

Sears false advertisement and booked my appointment for a Bosch refrigerator repair, when tech arrived didn’t know anything about Bosch and cannot order parts, at all! I still had to pay $130! What a scam!
