He texted us appropriately as Sears informed us & arrived on time. Not only did he listen to our description of the problem, but explained, in simple terminology, his diagnostic decision, his recommendations, & our options for repair & price. Tim was very informative, we felt safe with him in our home, & represented Sears as an expert & experienced repair technician. We look forward to his next appointment to install the parts ordered, finalizing the total repair of our LG washer. Service was excellent. Problem was the ice maker cannot be fixed due to a part no longer available. The 804.55 bill was excessive since we are where we started.
