Troy has been the best technician that we have ever had. He listened to what I said was wrong. Brought all needed parts. He communicated thoroughly of when he would arrive. He had the oven part replaced and working within 20 min of arriving. I’m so pleased. If I have another problem on any of my appliances I hope I draw the lucky straw again and get him. Thanks Troy!!!
