The first customer service rep I spoke with knew nothing and was probably high on something. The next day I actually spoke with someone who knew how to do their job. The repair guy was great and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes.

The 1st technician who came out was more keen on selling me a Sears warranty than diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher and, unfortunately, the wrong part was sent. The 2nd guy, Herman C, saw the part was incorrect and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and ordered the correct part which he fitted a few days later.

After 3 repairmen and weeks in between my washer I’d finally fixed. First one misdiagnosed the problem and the repair was rescheduled automatically by the system 3 times before Second one was finally scheduled. He was able to diagnose and order the right parts. Third one fixed the washer with lots of complaining.

Technician came out for a dryer that was not heating. Tech said it was a clogged vent and suggested cleaning the exhaust vent without even looking at the interior of the dryer. Stated his visit was supposed to have been $300 but only charged $180 "as a courtesy". My stepson was the only one home and paid the $180. Upon getting home I attempted to clean the vent as suggested but found it to be empty with minimal lint. I did not want to pay for another tech visit since upon complaining to the site I received no response, I purchased a new dryer. ITS A MIRACLE.... new dryer heats with no issues. Turns out it was the heating element (which i mentioned when scheduling). I have since realized that this site is not as advertised, it has no connection with Sears and the techs are 3rd party subcontractors that "sears" does not regulate. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THIS "COMPANY" for any service, they can not be trusted!!!

Sears service at the moment sucks! You cannot get a hold of a person to nail down a time ….they expect you to sit at home from 8 to 5 waiting on them. They cannot give you a smaller time window. This morning I got a text message. They’ll be here at 4 o’clock so I ran and did an errand for 45 minutes and lo and behold. They showed up in those 45 minutes and left because no one was at home. Then when I tried calling five times after that, nobody answered the phone!! Feeling very frustrated😬
