Louis is very personable and friendly. Also a very knowledgeable and wise representative for Sears Appliance Repair . He demonstrated, explained and informed exceptionally well. He is a patient person who tolerated all of my "silly" questions.

Please know that I was very upset with the experience that I had earlier in the week with the technician lying about ““ no one being home“ not only was a home. The front door was open, and I was sitting right by it at my desk no one ever came by. It was a total lie and delayed my repair until Wednesday Michael on the other hand is prompt communicate clearly when he’s on his way and completes his work quickly and cleans up when he’s done. He not only deserves a promotion and bonus, but should be training other service people how to best do his job. His work is a 10+, 5 stars etc.. If at all possible, please make sure should I need a repair person in the future that I get him again! Thank you for the opportunity to leave this response as this day and age it is so rare to find someone who truly cares about his job. Regards, Donna Hoffman
