Had my ice maker replaced and he did a great job. Cleaned up after himself, very friendly, professional, and completed in a timely manner. Very pleased!!!

Communication was terrible initially and the Sears warranty people didn't place my initial call correctly. I had to wait another week to get someone to come out. He didn't have the correct part to fix my washer. They ordered the part, had to wait another week for the repair person to come out. Thankfully it was the correct part. Cost me over $200 that I had to pay in advance. Not impressed with this service. Hopefully it will improve.

when scheduling the appointment i gave model number and serial number and what the problem was. When technicians arrived he had to look up model number and serial number to find the part i needed.. He said he would have to order part an come back 2 weeks later to install. Why not have the part with you? All the information was given to him days before he arrived.
